Windows crashes weekly with "Windows has not loaded correctly" blue screen of death

This has been going on for the past few months (since I got my new machine).

Once or twice a week, every week, my machine crashes during the night with "Windows has not loaded correctly" blue screen error. Any suggestion on what is causing it and how to diagnose or fix it?

- I do not shutdown or standby my machine. However, it is set to go to sleep after 5 hours, which based on my usage pattern should be middle of the night.

- The last messages in Event Viewer seem irrelevant.

If the last messages in event viewer do not relate to the crash, then that means the system crashed instantly and the crash was not recorded in the event log.

If it's a BSOD, disable automatic restart to get the actual BSOD screen and message.

Disable BSOD restart

What make and exact model of computer do you have?

Is it under warranty or extended support contract?

Does it pass ePSA Diagnostics (outside of Windows)?

I disabled "automatic restart" but got the same error this morning.

There's another issue as well,. 1-2 times out of every 10 such errors, my wifi does not work after a restart. A consecutive restart does not help either. I have to shutdown and only then my wifi will work!

It's a Alienware Aurora R15 AMD, still under warranty. I have not used ePSA.

I still have this problem.

Disabling the "automatic restart" did not make any difference.

I followed Dell support's recommended steps to check the system, which did not find any issue. The problem still exists. Also, after a few one-way communications from my side, Dell closed the ticket!

I have had this crash on June 1, 2 and 5. @ Dell support, any update!?
