XPS 13 7390 2-in-1, waves equalizer has no effect
I updated all my drivers and am on the latest version of them all, so there's not issue there.
Why does the Equalizer in Waves have ZERO effect on the audio output from the speakers?

I am here for the same reason. Even 3rd party equalizers are not working for me.
