XPS 13 7390, crashed everyday, screen freeze or black screen, #2
I have the same laptop, and same problem, and Dell refuses to fix it. They do nothing but waste my time. This is a common problem that they refuse to address.
Yes, I think this product has a serious problem with display or system compatibility. The device is extremely unstable. Surprisingly, these issues did not happen again recently. But I don't know which method worked. I updated windows version 2004, installed all windows updates, updated drivers through Intel driver support assistant, and closed HDR. I hope this can help you.
