XPS 13 9300 Password Removal

Question

Hey there. I need to send my XPS 13 9300 in for repair and I need to remove my password, but I can't seem to find out how to do it. I've looked all over the Internet but nothing seems to work. I've turned off all the Windows Hello features and whatnot but it still has the option for a PIN or just my Microsoft account password. Is there any way for me to take the passwords/PINs completely off?

You can't leave your Microsoft account without a password, but no servicer should need it, whether Dell or third party. If the need arises, they'll simply re-image your system with a factory default image (and in many cases, depending on what's wrong with the system, they'll do that as a first step).
