XPS 13 9310 2-1 Windows Instability after BIOS 2.4.1 Update?

System: Dell XPS 13 2-1, model 9310, with i7-1165G7 11'th Gen processor, 32 GB RAM, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, running Windows 10 Home (21H1), McAfee.

Started getting multiple daily Windows crashes (BSOD) after doing a BIOS update to version 2.4.1 around 9/7/21. All other Windows, Apps, Drivers updated per Dell support site. Reliability Monitor, Event Viewer and BSOD messages show the error starting in various applications; sometimes show the error starting in the Windows Desktop Manager or other Windows functions, McAfee or other streaming apps. It seems sometimes I am using the touchpad to scroll heavily in Chrome (no other apps running) when BSOD, or once with a streaming financial data app running when I came back to the system and touched the touchpad to scroll something Windows immediately then crashed. System Sleep is set to Never. Display set to turn off only after hours, and crashes occur while system and display are up and active. BIOS 2.4.1 made some security changes to peripherals, like touchpad use? Have not tried Windows restore (no restore points going back to before 9/7/21 now) or reinstall. Can't undue BIOS update (?). Tried BIOS 2.4.1 reinstall but still have the instability.
