XPS 13 9310, DPM, not available

Is anyone else having the same issue with there XPS 13 9310?

DPM (Dell Power Manager) is no longer available, can not access it from My Dell, it just send me to the Windows Store to download Power Manager, which wont install fully because it tells me to access it at myDell, where its no longer available, if tried re-installing and it hasnt work, also tried the 30 march 2021 Dell Power Manager Service update but this has the same effect, just send me back to myDell where it is unavailable. Because of this i no longer have access to my thermal setting to control the fan. Does anyone have the same issue or any help..

thank you

I think I may have the solution to your problem. I had the same issue so I contacted one of the dell support members and they deleted MY DELL app because that was what was preventing the power manager from opening. After uninstalling the My Dell app you can now download the power manager app from the Microsoft store.

We can also Dell Power Manager Service on the XPS 13 9310 driver page =

The latest Update of Dell Power Manager (V 3.9.0) via Dell Update seems to have solved the issue. The Windows Store does not think there is an update anymore and stops overwriting it with the useless version. And I can now configure everything as I used to.

I'm facing a similar issue on my Inspiron 15-3505. The Dell Power Manager sends me to MyDell. But the Power Manager inside the MyDell App was only briefly available until a Windows Sore Update of the MyDell Update removed it again. If I now download and install the Dell Power Manager from the Dell Webside I have the functionality fully available again until the Windows Store 'updates' it again and then it is back to useless.

For my Precision 5550, I updated the firmware and still has the jet engine sound that cycles on and off. My company blocks the Microsoft store so I cannot download this app.

Download Dell Power Manager from Dell Precision 5550 driver page, not the Microsoft Store.
