XPS 13 9310 Screen with horizontal and verticle lines

My Dell XPS 13 9310 was working perfectly fine. Turned it on today and the screen has vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. It is also flickering. Only just out of warranty in March 2022. Have run full diagnostics with no result. Have updated all firmware. Updated Windows display adapters and graphics card with no result. Thinking it is an issue with the actual screen. Can't see why this would happen? It's only just out of warranty and has been well looked after. Really don't want to be purchasing a new laptop! Any suggestions?
