XPS 13 9333 Power up issue

Starting a few month ago may XPS 13 9333 has developed a startup issue.  When I depress the power button, the keyboard lights for a second or two and then goes out.  Nothing on the screen, no boot up!  Then after repeatedly depress the power button watching the keyboard light and go off, sometimes 10 to 12 times the Dell logo appears on the screen and the laptop boots and functions normally.  Once in awhile the laptop boots on the first try, but not often.

Although the power button feels to function normally, I have order a replacement but haven't received it.  I will install it but thought I'd check on other solutions first.

The laptop has always been keep up to date with all updates through Windows 10 updater.  I also believe I have updated all if not most of Dell's drivers and system updates but not positive.
