XPS 13 9360 Keyboard skipping with BIOS 2.10.0 onward when using USB-C/TB3
Similar/Same issues as here but specific to a 9360.
When plugged into the Thunderbolt 3 port (external GFX card, have tried other hardware as well, doesn't seem to matter).
Unplug and the issue goes away.
After reading other forum posts with similar symptoms I started rolling back BOIS.
We were on 2.13.0 (Latest), then tried 2.11.0 and 2.10.0 and they all had the issue.
2.9.0 does NOT have the issue. Everything works as expected. even after multiple restarts and days of use. Try 2.10.0 again and the issue comes back.
Only seems to affect the machine's keyboard. An external keyboard does not have the issue.
No Events found!

Incidentally, We have 2 9360s. My partner's is the one with the issue. It is the older model with the 7th gen i7, mine is the newer model 8th gen i7. My newer model does not have this issue. Tested both machines on both sets of external hardware.
