XPS 13 9360 does not boot up from sleep mode

Question

Hello. Have a 13' XPS and it has started failing to wake up from sleep mode.When this happens i have to press the power button until the computer turns off.When i restart it after that, it shows the failed startup screen but if i choose 'restart' at that screen the computer starts up fine.I have searched the community and came across several people with the same issue.The solution there seems to have been to turn off quick startup in windows power options. However, that solution does unfortunately NOT fix my issue, the computer still behaves the same way. Windows and drivers are updated.Bitlocker and secure boot are turned on, any known issues there? Any other advice? Best regards.

Thank you for answering.Those settings sound very unfamiliar, never seen them from what i can recall.Can you tell me exactly where they would be located?I already press the power button to wake/start the computer but the issue is that it just hangs at the dell logo

Have you disabled Hybrid Sleep and Hibernation in Advanced power settings? Those are enabled as the default. They require a brief press of the power button to wake the computer. Takes a little longer and looks like a reboot but all open files and windows will reappear.

Hi,

I'm facing the same problem. Did not find any working solution for now.

I've just find this article on dell support website that states : "Generally this is the result of an incorrect Power State setting in the BIOS and Windows, or it could be a corrupted Video Driver."

I'll try the procedure explained in the article and then i'll give a feedback on the result, if no one have done it before.

I followed the procedure in the article all the way down to the Clean Boot step, with no luck.
