XPS-13 9360 not picking up headset microphone

Hi, I'm trying to connect a Turtlebeach Recon 70 headset microphone to my XPS-13 9360, and the audio is working fine, but the microphone isn't showing up anywhere in the system. The only headphone/microphone port is labeled as a headset port.

I have looked for a solution and have tried several but none have worked. I've reinstalled the Realtek audio, but that didn't work. I've tried enabling/disabling things in Waves MaxxAudioPro, but most of the things in tutorials I've seen are not showing up on it.
