XPS 13 9365 recent BIOS update 1.5.0 cause browser problems
Right after the latest BIOS update, my browsers (Chrome and Firefox) can't work properly. They either can't connect to websites or the display is weird (web page can't show completely or the picture size font size are wrong).
Does this happen to you? I believe this is the update's problem. Hope they can fix it soon!
UPDATE: I just found out that Internet Explorer doesn't work either, it looks even worse than Chrome. I can't scroll up and down, the fonts on webpage get enlarged. It can't be used at all (even though I rarely use it)

I don't use Chrome at all but my limited experience with Firefox seems to be working normally.

Firefox seems to be working better than Chrome. There might be some problem.
Chrome is useless on my xps13 now after this BIOS update. The webpage can't even load.

I have a similar problem. With Firefox I often had to click on links twice to connect. Definitely a change in behaviour after the update. I reverted to v 1.4.2

Still had the same problem when I reverted to 1.4.2. No trouble on my phone over wireless with connectivity so rebooted router and problem disappeared. Re-installed 1.5 and all seems fine.

Yep, same here. This is the second time this has happened. Clearly Dell arent testing their upgrades properly which is completely unacceptable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled chrome but it isnt working properly still. Had trouble reinstalling it, failed many times. Dell - what are you doing about this???

Same thing happened to me. Updated BIOS on March 27th, 2019 and I have to reload every web page twice to get it to work properly. Anybody? Somebody?

Since the thread is fairly old and refers to a version of the Bios from back then, you may want to start another thread or give which Bios version you just installed. I am currently running 2.4.1 and all seems OK but I have seen others with some problems.
Also, how old is your system or do you know if it is a 7th or 8th generation processor?
