XPS 13-9370 Buggy/Pixelated camera

Hello,

I am experiencing some difficulties with my integrated webcam for my Dell XPS-13 9370. You may see from my posting history that this is my first time having problems with the webcam.

If I tilt the laptop screen forwards, a get an error message among the lines of . The message disappears after a second or so, and returns back to a highly pixelated camera. This lead me to believe it may be some hardware issue, but every time i restart the computer, the camera returns back to normal. That is, until I tilt the screen while the camera is active.

I have tried the following

• Uninstalling Camera drivers from Device Manager
• Factory reset Windows machine, keeping files but uninstalling all programs and settings.
• Upgraded all possible drivers through Dell SupportAssist
• Running hardware scan of Camera, (as well as Video Card), both of which passed.

Do you have any suggestion to what I might try?
