Today's Updates below in Bold:
-XPS 15 9570 - I spoke with Dell engineering and they advised me that even though the fix is not listed in the public release notes, 1.5.0 does in fact include key skip fix
-XPS 13 9350 - key skip fix to be released in 1.9.0 with ETA of November
-XPS 13 9365 status updated and moved to solved section of this post, per @Tanoobki. Seeing if I can get the fix-text added to the BIOS page. Engineering came back yesterday and informed that future BIOS version 2.3.0 will officially list and include the key skip fix and ETA to come in the future
-XPS 13 9370 fix was implemented in 1.3.3 and carried to 1.4.0 but @mwohlga reported loss of fix in 1.5.1 - investigating and will follow-up. Dell has committed to resolve the new issue in a future BIOS update coming soon
Precision 5530 2 in 1 - Dell engineering has committed to solving the issue in a future 1.0.5 BIOS with ETA is late November.
Precision 5530 - fix to be released in future 1.6.0 ETA to come
XPS 13 9360 - fix to be released in future 2.10.0 ETA to come
Latitude 7390 2 in 1 - I've followed up with Dell engineering today and asked for ETA
Resolved:
XPS 9550 1.7.0 Improved keyboard typing experience with high typing speed.
XPS 9560 1.9.4 Prevent ghost key trigger while pressing multiple keys at the same time.

There's the same problem for XPS 9350, do we have a similar BIOS update for it?

I recently had this issue and it was fixed with a motherboard and keyboard replacement.

My problem was solved a few months ago upon disconnecting from my XPS 9370 any USB-C/Thunderbolt cable(s) that was(were) connected to no peripheral at the other end, or connected to an unpowered (turned-off) peripheral, like an external monitor.
See here in an earlier post (2018-07-06) on this thread a complete description of the solution that worked for me: https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-13-9370-Keyboard-Skips-Button-Presses/m-p/6107741/highlight/true#M13147
I have also installed days ago the BIOS update 1.6.3, but do not have access for a while to a peripheral that has a USB-C port, nor even have at hand a USB-C cable. So I cannot test whether 1.6.3 solves the keyboard skipping problem regardless of whether or not a USB-C cable is connected to nothing at its other end, or to an unpowered peripheral. (I was using the bundled USB-C cable that came with my external monitor, so maybe that specific cable caused my problem.)
Please let us know if this "workaround" solution that I used explains the problem on your XPS 13 9370.
Obviously, for such a pricey machine, more than a temporary "workaround" solution is needed. But I have some months to go before needing to demand a warranted motherboard or keyboard replacement, as I have read has solved the problem for another Dell XPS owner posting on this forum thread.

Just an update. Tech just came out and replaced the motherboard. It fixed the issue. I noticed that the bios is out of date, so decide to update it to the latest 1.6.3. Guess what... the PROBLEM RETURNED!!!!!!!!
So I had to go all the back to bios version 1.2 for the keyboard to work. Guess this I just wasted a lot of time for nothing. Revert back to 1.2 guys with this issue, see if it fixes the problem for you.
