XPS 13 9370 Touchpad not working

Question

I received my new XPS 13 9370 today and everything works fine except for the touchpad. It doesn't track/move and only the physical left click works. I've updated all the software and drivers through Dell's auto-update and Support Assist and done all the Windows updates. I took apart the laptop and check to see if the touchpad connector was loose, but it was in place. Should I get the touchpad replaced?

I've found a solution thanks to another user on the forums. Disabling C-state in the BIOS fixed my touchpad issue. However, I am still going to exchange my 9370 for a new one.
