XPS 13 9380, PCI bridge and PCIe fail SA hardware test

I run a SA (SupportAssist) full diagnostic every morning before work to make sure there aren't any problems with my laptop. Before today my last test was run on September 4th and everything passed with no issues. I left my laptop at my desk and did not touch it the entire weekend, so there was no opportunity for it to be moved or tampered with.

When I ran the full diagnostic test this morning, my hardware scan failed because the PCI Bridge and PCI Express came back with "no device"

I'm not sure why it would list these as missing and how important it is that they aren't being detected. I have been using my laptop anyway and have not had any issues. Any advice on how to proceed or interpret this information would be greatly appreciated.

What happens when you run the hardware diagnostics outside of Windows?  F12 at powerup.

I have the same problem.  If it is a generic issue why can't we see the solution on this blog?

Hi, I got PCI bridge no device as well, and I have followed Dell-Cares team's instruction 2 days but problem still same, so how do you solve the issues? Thanks
