XPS 13 9380 and WD15 USB-C Dock problems
Hey All!
We have a new DELL XPS 13 9380 and experience problems when unplugging it from WD15 docks the laptop screen goes black and hangs and we need to a hard reboot to get it working again, the latest firmware updates both on the Laptop and the dock are deployed, even tried reinstall windows. But no luck
Same problem when the computer goes down in standby.... cannot be woken up again and needs a hard reboot.. to startup.
Anyone else who have experienced this ? and maybe know how to fix it ?

Reinstalling with a fresh windows 10 install media (not the Dell Factory installation solved the problem)

I wouldnt consider that a solution. We need to know what specific driver is causing this. I am experiencing this issue on multiple laptops.
