XPS 15 7590 - Camera Stopped Workign

Camera is no longer working on Dell XPS 15. It worked when I bought the laptop, then after around one week it I noticed it disappeared from the device manager. Might be after the BIOS update. Sometimes it appears for few seconds and then it disappears again. I am at bios version 17.
