XPS 15 7590, charger warranty coverage?

I would like to know if a (new) malfunctioning charger is covered by a refund/replacement warranty? The charger I got in October from bol.com and their partner Premium Power Stores in the Netherlands with the same specifications as my old, original Dell charger.
