XPS 15 7590 integrated camera not working

I bought the computer 1 month ago with the camera working.

It stopped working while I was in a video conferencing, I did everything that was suggested in other posts. It was working sometimes but now it never works.

Device Manager doesn't detect the integrated camera but an external camera works perfectly.

• I updated BIOS (diable, enable the camera in BIOS)
• Update everything recommended by DELL and Windows.
• Including the chipset update.
• I installed Realtek_10.0.14393.11263 and Sonix_6.0.1326.47 drivers

In Troubleshooting or Scan Hardware in Dell Support, the camera is not detected.
