XPS 15 7590 : systems halts, sometimes need a reboot, Fan overblowing

HI,   My laptop XPS 15 7590 sometimes halts for 30 seconds. Sometimes I need a reboot.    Fan is overactively blowing. Key board is very hot.    Hennie
