XPS 15-9560, black screen crash

Question

My laptop (xps 9560 15inch) keeps crashing (freezing) randomly with black screen even with basic stuff like browsering, youtube .. etc The purchased warranty expired 8 months ago on January 24, 2019.

I performed many hardware tests and all passed without any errors like (memtest64, dell support hardware diagnoses, dell ePSA and benchmarks)

I also tried windows reset but still no luck.

same issue here, heard it could be the RST update?  I did a reset and then reinstalled from a usb drive.  System still crashes.
