XPS 15 9560 not performing well
I am currently having XPS 15 9560 with 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, and 4K display. But it is not performing as it should be from the start. In PUBG, the frame is about 20 FPS in low graphics and sometime it drops until 7. In CS:GO, it is 110 FPS. However, I saw a youtube video about playing PUBG in high graphics and get 40~50 FPS. I asked him about this and so many people had same issue as me. According to intel XTU, there was 'Power limit throttling' in most of the playtime, at any mid-graphic games. Furthermore, Last September, for some reason, my device had continuous blue screen that i had to reset it; and last week, PUBG and Rainbow Six: Siege kept crashing as soon as i entered the main screen of those games. So I reset again 3 days ago. Can you tell me the ways to improve power limit throttling? And can I get exchange or refund when those method doesn't help at all? I updated my OS, drivers and undervolted my CPU, but it didn't really help.

this is picture of my computer in blue screen for reference. It kept appearing every 3 minute after system booted up.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem except the blue screen. I spent nearly 2500 USD for this laptop and it provides me a lagy, very bad experience. for example If you open a game or photo editing tool after a couple of minutes sometimes 10, sometimes 15, softwares become lagy, windows become lagy. you need yo wait more 5-10minutes to gain performance again.
I checked the pc with "diagnostic", i tried too many things (power settings, lower screen resolution etc.) and nothing happened. Now i have a entertainment toy only. Thank you very much Dell doing nothing to solve this issue for too many people.
XPS15-9560 32GB RAM-1TB SSD.
It was the first Dell pc for me and it will be the last for sure.

This is a dangerous solution. The laptop is not designed for gaming so changing the thermal paste and distribution of airflow whilst providing a temporary solution will most likely lead to damage to the GPU in a few months. Even if using a high-grade thermal compound, throttling your laptop is not allowing it to complete what the fans and heatsink are designed for. Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the XPS 15 - 9560. To solve the problem invest in a good gaming laptop. The HP Omen range are pretty decent.
