XPS 15 - 9570 Fingerprint does not work after update

Hello, I'm using XPS 15 9570. I try all the suggest from:

... but nothing works. It works perfectly when i bought (March 2019), but when windows or dell updated/upgraded, the fingerprint option to login does not show up when windows login. Windows Hello Fingerprint shows: This options is currently unavailable.

Could anyone please help me?
