windows hello does not recognize the fingerprint reader. XPS 15 9570
Hello, I have a computer XPS 15 9570,
I bought it two weeks ago, and I can not use a fingerprint. I tried to change through the BIOS as suggested here. Did not succeed.
Is there another way?

See the part about not being able to use Hello with Dell Data Protection Security at the same time. That might be the problem.

Thank you for your message. Is the Fingerprint reader showing up correctly in device manager?
GO to BIOS- Intel Software Guard extension – Intel SGX- Change this to enabled (if it already on enabled – change to disabled, save & restart - set to enabled again)
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
