XPS 15 9570, WD15, not charging, #2

one peculiar thing is that when I go to update dock firmware, the MST1 Payload never has a "Current Version". The new version says 3.12.002 but the "Current Version" blank. The rest of the components are updated and when it I click "Update" it is done in a few seconds and dumps "update.log" out which says: Version: 3.12.002 Update result: 0 I get a "green checkmark" but the Current Version column for MST1 payload remains blank. BIOS 1.12 came out today. I upgraded but it changed nothing. Dock is still not charging.
