XPS 15-9570, mouse/keyboard lag, repeating keys
Hi,
I have a one month old 9570 and have noticed some keys (so far 'y', 'n' and 'm') where they simply will not register a key press unless the key is pressed in the centre. I can actually continuously press the corner of these keys quite hard and it simply will not register the key press. It's starting to become very annoying as I'm a fast typer but am often stopped as I have to go back and correct these missing letters (even in simply creating this thread it's already happened a few times).
Has anyone come this and found a solution? I can only guess that because it is the same keys it is likely a hardware issue?

Thank you for your message. Have you observed this issue with an external keyboard or the on-screen keyboard?
What is the BIOS version installed?
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

Thank you for the tag details. The system working fine with the on-screen keyboard confirms that this is not an issue with the OS.
Please flash BIOS to the latest version (1.12.0) released on the 22nd of July.
Ensure that the AC adapter is connected while updating BIOS & do not power off your computer while the update is in progress.
Let me know the outcome post the BIOS update.
