XPS 15 9570, removed Killer Control Center, lost WiFI

I have a Dell XPS 15 9570, and I uninstalled Killer Control Center, because I didn’t seem to need it. When doing so it caused me to lose WiFi. Really annoyed right now. My WiFi immediately cut out, and no networks can be found anymore. I checked my device manager and it literally uninstalled my wireless adapter. I can’t even access any files on my computer because I don’t have any internet so I am typing this on my phone. HELP! How can I get my wireless adapter back?

ACTUAL SOLUTION:

Connect hard-wired Ethernet cable. Run Windows Update ("check for updates"). Magically, the Killer(R) Wi-F1 6 AX1650x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (200NGW) appears under the Network adapters, within Device Manager. No thanks to the Killer Control Center uninstall for uninstalling it.

There is NO REQUIREMENT to reinstall Killer Control Center.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @alexc1066

1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the laptop.

Then download and install KCC

2. On another computer download KCC to a USB flash drive.

Then use it to install the KCC on the laptop.

Killer Control Center Application:

Unbelievable!! This just happened to me. I am trying to remove all of unneeded, unrequested apps that is filling my new Alienware. It keeps beeping for no reason. It keeps stalling despite being a super computer. The mouse keeps hanging and being unresponsive. And it is driving me insane. So uninstall, uninstall, uninstall. Killer command center gone and it removes my wifi adapter? This is insane. The solution is to reinstall this?!?! This is not a solution people.

Now when I run Alienware Command Center, it says:

Additional Components Required

Alienware Command Center needs to download some additional components.

Would you like to download these components now?

SKIP - DOWNLOAD

It doesn't say which components.  What is it going to download?  The Killer Control Center and all that jazz?
