XPS 15 9575 Earphones Not Recognized (SOLVED!)

I would like to share my solution for anyone who has a problem recognizing the earphones with MaxxAudio Pro.

I tried many things, for hours, then decided to simplify the problem and in minutes I managed to solve it.

Problem:
No pop-up appears when connecting the earphones.

Reasons:
1 - Realtek drivers are not compatible with MaxxAudio Pro
2 - MaxxAudio Pro is inactive because the driver is not up to date

Solutions:
1 - Download correct driver

Action (My Solution)
1 - Go to the Dell website and search for drivers
2 - Link:  dell . com > support > drivers
3 - Keyword: Realtek
4 - Name of the driver I downloaded:

Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Version: 6.0.1.8642

5 - Install driver
6 - It will be necessary to restart twice

7- After installed it will look like this:

In Device Manager  > Sound, video and game controllers > Realtek(R) Audio > Properties > Driverde

Preventions:
1 - Create restore point after troubleshooting
2 - Maybe disable Dell automatic updates

My PC:
Dell xps 9575 2 in 1
Windowns 10 Home
System: 64x

Result:
MaxAudio is now working properly, it doesn't say that the drive is out of date and the pc recognized the earphones
