XPS 15 9575 charger

If the system came from Dell, contact them for the adapter;  if it was purchased from a reseller, contact the seller. 
Systems are not sold without AC adapters.

Assuming you bought the 9575 new directly from Dell or some official retailer, you should definitely have received a charger with your system, so I would contact the seller first.  You won't find an aftermarket solution because 130W is greater than the official USB Power Delivery spec even allows (it maxes out at 100W), and the highest-rated charger I've actually seen on the market so far is Apple's 87W MacBook Pro charger.  Other than that, chargers typically max out at 60W because going above 60W requires more expensive cables that can handle more amperage.  I've seen a few posts here and elsewhere wondering why the XPS 15 9575 charger isn't available to be purchased separately, which is strange, but apparently it's not for sale as an accessory yet.  Still, as I said, you should have gotten a charger with your system in the first place.

they did ship many laptops without chargers..not just mine. It was just missing from the package & they just couldn't ship a new charger as it was out of stock!. They refunded me $100 for it to buy a compatible charger outside of dell, I couldn't find one until today

They shipped the laptop without the charger as they were out of stock. I spoke with dell for a month or so regarding this and was planning to return the laptop as well. When i contacted the Dell online chat now they seem to have the charger for xps15 9575 in stock, I ordered one, hope this is a USB-C charger as the rep told me, the pictures in the website is not showing the pin type nor there's a compatibility chart.

I don't think that's the correct charger.  That looks like the second-gen 130W charger with a 7.4mm barrel connector.  There are adapters that will convert the 7.4mm or 4.5mm barrel connector to USB-C, but the pages for those adapters say they're only good for up to 65W.  (EDIT: On the other hand, the customer Q&A section mentions that this is for the XPS 15 9575.  Would be nice if the product name or description mentioned USB-C in that case though, or for that matter mentioned the type of PC-side connector it had regardless of type just for clarity....)

That's insane to ship a computer without a charger!

I have been charging my 9560 off of an APPLE Macbook Pro charger (the one for their 15 inch) perfectly well for months. It's just more durable than the Dell unit which I found breaks at the connection between cable and adapter.

Fyi in case you're not aware, that's perfectly fine while the system is asleep or shut down, but if you have that charger connected while the system is running, that really won't be ideal.  The reason is that the 9560 is designed for a 130W power source, so even the MacBook Pro's 87W max wouldn't be enough, but if you check the BIOS Setup > Battery Information section, you might see that the system only even tries to draw 60W from that charger.  When an insufficient power source is connected, the system will throttle its performance to reduce its power consumption, and under heavy workloads (particularly when the discrete GPU is active), it might even continue draining the battery while the charger is connected in order to make up the power deficit.  Again, just fyi.

Yes, XPS 9575 is equipped with 130W USB-C charger. You can purchase it by this link. It is cheaper than DELL website and is the genuine 130W USB-C charger.

@jphughan when you look at the product page now (with months transpired) - this should be compatible to charge my 9570 at full speed via USB-C, correct?

@jlo8720  I wish I could say for certain, but I can't.  I would have thought so, but I remember reading a thread a while ago saying that the older XPS 15 9550 would not charge at 130W from Dell's 130W USB-C charger -- even though it would charge at 130W over its USB-C ports from certain Dell docks that were explicitly designed to support that.  The likely reason for that discrepancy is that Dell's 130W USB-C charger was introduced after the 9550 (it only became necessary for the XPS 15 9575 2-in-1, which didn't have a barrel-style AC adapter connector like the regular XPS 15s), but maybe support for that charger was never backported to the 9550.  130W exceeds the 100W max of the official USB Power Delivery spec, so it's not surprising that special support might be required in order to achieve this, and in fact I've noticed that some Dell laptops limit themselves to 65W over USB-C from any non-Dell USB-C charger.  My Latitude 7480 for example will charge at up to 90W from my WD15 dock, but only 65W from my 90W Nekteck USB-C wall charger.

Anyway, I would certainly hope that Dell would've fixed this by now so that XPS 15 models introduced more recently than Dell's 130W USB-C charger can actually use it to its fullest capacity, but I can't say for certain based on personal experience.
