XPS 17 9700 Stutter with Optimus RTX 2060

Hi there,

I have an XPS 9700 with an RTX 2060. Some tasks that I do with this laptop will stutter rapidly. For exemple, opening the notification center, opening the windows settings, opening Teamviewer...

If I disable the GPU, the system is smooth. When enable, I get the random stutter. 

I confirm also using NVOptimustest that the dGPU is ramping up quickly when opening some program. Even if I specify that Teamviewer should only use the iGPU from Intel.

I tried with the original PC image that it came with. I also wiped out a fresh Windows 10 install using the default drivers that Windows installed. Now I updated all drivers are to the latest version. In all of those scenarios, I still have the issue.

I had the same issue with my Dell gaming laptop from 2017. I was sure this issue was fixed awhile ago.

What should I do?
