Update December 17, 2020 =
The red square did not appear when running the LCD BIST (Built-in Self Test). Since running updates through SA (SupportAssist), the issue has not returned.

Does that dead pixel go away when you use other applications? Does it happen if you use other GPU heavy tasks? Could be a bad GPU/iGPU or corrupt driver.

The square has returned but only while running zoom and sharing. It comes in a variety of colors. It is grey right now.
