XPS 9350 - USB C Drive only works when connected on bootup
my new USB-C NVMe Drive (Icy Box enclosure with PNY CS3030) works perfectly fine when using the USB 3.0 A Ports. As soon as I switch over to the USB-C Port, the laptop doesn't recognize the drive, although the device manager will show a USB 3.1 eXtensible Hostcontroller as soon as it's connected.
Currently the only workaround is connecting the drive before booting up the computer - plugging it out and back in afterwards will break the connection once again.
Reinstalling the eXtensible host driver from Dells driver section did not help. Setting the WiFi power down to 3/5 didn't help either.
The DA200 works without any problems on the USB C port.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated! Thank You!
