XPS 9370 Skipping keyboard while running on battery
Hello, Recently my dell xps start to skip the laptop keyboard while it’s running on battery power when i plug the charger the keyboard working fine even after I unplugged from the charger again. To fix this problem i install the windows from the scratch update all drivers bios etc to latest disable display refresh disable c state etc from the bios etc. Basically i try everything i can find from this forum but still it’s not solved. So anyone from dell or from community know any solution to this? Thanks

Thank you for your message. Have you tried using the on-screen keyboard or an external keyboard to check if the issue persists?
Update BIOS from https://dell.to/2XYgqf7
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
How to find the service tag

Thanks for your response!
On screen keyboard and external keyboard with usb and bluetooth both worked fine.
I already have latest bios installed which is 1.10.0 version.
When i plug the laptop on charge the keyboard start to work fine even after that i unplug but if i close the laptop lid and restart without the laptop on plug the problem appear again.

Hi Subhan1,
Thanks for posting and for sending your service tag information.
Unfortunately, based on the service tag number, the warranty has expired. You can await a reply from other community members or contact the Dell Out of Warranty Support Team.
