XPS 9500 Junk - constant reboots and lack of charging

This is obviously a known problem with this £3k laptop.  I have tried all the fixes listed with no favourable results.  Dell are obviously aware , through all the multiple posts, that this laptop has issues.  So many people plagued with the same issue and no resolve/recall from Dell.  I am fed up with the contstant reboots and charger issues..... watch this space as I go to legal advise.  Dell are becoming the worst laptops on the market.
