XPS 15 9570, audio crackling, #6
Hi, i recently just purchased a new XPS 9570 laptop from dell official website.
I've been experiencing cranking / cracking audio issue from both the speaker and through my earpiece which i can conclude this isn't a speaker issue since it affects my earpiece too. Thankyou
-Updated to the latest Bios 1.7
-Updated to the latest Realtek Driver.
-All drivers are updated.
Do advise.

I have not heard if our engineering team is working with Realtek. Hopefully, they are and yes many people are having the same issue.

Click the link below to resolve the crackling audio issues. Also, uninstall the smartbyte application from the system.

I have done all those things and it didn't fix the issue. Are you aware that Dell is working with Realtek right now to build a driver to address these sound issues? (I wouldn't hold out hope, apparently these issues have plagued this laptop for the last few years)
