XPS13 9360 keys not working well
Hi,
Some keys on my laptop are difficult to use. I need to hit it very hard to make it work, or hold it for a second to work. I read from some other thread about swollen battery causing keyboard problem. I just changed a new battery, it is still the same.
I feel it may be driver or software issue. Does anyone know how to "reset" or upgrade keyboard driver or software?
Thanks,

P.S. Looks a Hardware issue to me
But I am hoping that you are using stock image and have not made any changes to BIOS
machine had a known issues (I learned the hard way) where if you change SATA mode from RAID to anything else it gives Keyboard Lag.
Reboot to BIOS (F2) > Sata operation should be RAID if not you will have to change it to RAID and reinstall OS.

Thanks for your reply. I checked BIOS. Sata operation was set to RAID.

External keyboard worked well. I rarely use laptop keyboard at home.
I suspect it's still related to the swollen battery I replaced. It's getting better since then. Maybe the keyboard was warped from the pressure of the battery and is recovering right now Thanks.

@Lumi_D Hey Lumi,
i have the same problem here. Has the keyboard recovered fully? Just want to know, as I'm considering replacing my battery of my xps. Thanks in advance!
