XPS13 9365 reduced bandwith when harddocked and using adapte

Experiencing severe reduced bandwidth speed when hard docked to my wd15 docking station and when using my USBc adapter as well.  Internet speed is 500mgs down and I get as low as 120mgs down.  I get faster speeds when I am wireless.  I have tested this with laptops that have integrated nic and bandwidth shoots up over 500mgs.  Have latest firmware and bios as well.   Currently laptop being used is XPS 13 9365 i7 1.60, 16GB, 64 BIT OS.
