XPS15 not displaying GoPro files, not saving 4 K video

Hello, I just purchased XPS15 to be able to create videos with my GoPro Hero7 in 4K.

1) I imported files using GoPro Quick, and can see them through Quick, but I can't see them in Image folder. Image folder has nothing in it. I also received message that HEVC files might not display correctly when I finished the import. 

2) I tried to create 4k video using my 4k files in Quick, but it does not allow to save 4k file. Largest file format is 1440p 30fps. 

When I was selecting this laptop I read that is was recommended to use for Go Pro 4 k videos, but it is not working for me . Please advise. I am very disappointed that I can't use it for purpose I got it. What are my return options?
