dell ownership transfer
I've applied for dell ownership transfer for almost two times now but i haven't received any confirmation mail regarding the issue, what could be the problem??

Did you purchased it USED from another person that had it registered???
If you purchased it NEW then you do not need to "Transfer Ownership"
Just register it in your name.
