i7 9570 - frequent reinstall Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver

I use my Dell XPS 15 9570 i7 for editing. But every week or so I'm not able to open editing programs like Davinci Resolve. Problem is the Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver. If I go into Intel driver support I see I have to reinstall ... but last update was on Oct. 9, and I've downloaded it a few times already. Everything works fine for a week or so and then I'm again unable to start Resolve and if I go into Intel Driver Support I have to download the same driver.
