precision 3530

hello, i am having fair bit of trouble changing ssd in precision 3530, so far i have disabled safe boot, changed raid on to AHCI(otherwise i could not boot any usb). I would like to change ssd but keep windows installation si i have tried image restore apps from: easeus, acronis, aomei and windows image restore and none of them would work, they all would load image on ssd but after image recovery is completed windows wont boot(in ahci i can only see dell logo and spinning balls and after i switch back to raid on i get some messages about fixing stuff but after that i get bsod saying inaccessible boot device) oem drive is 256GB samsung PM981 and new one is adata xpg gammix S11 Pro 1TB there is prosupport but they claim that sw is not part of the support... but they did tell me the precision hw is almost same as xps so maybe someone can send me steps they changed drives on xps i am out of ideas, does anyone here has idea what am i doing wrong?
