xps 13 9300 fails to detect dell ultrasharp 24 - connected through docking station

my personal laptop is xps 13 9300. I have tried the setup both with Universal Dock D6000 and with Dell Performance Dock WD19DC. I connect the laptop to the station, USB-C, then when I connect an older screen I have Dell U2415, the display is detected and extented. If I try a newer screen I have U2419H, the screen is not detected and it just duplicates the display. If I go back to my original setup with the old screen which works and then try to plug in the new screen as well, thats what i want to do effectively, what happens is all screen just duplicate show the same thing. What is going on?

For my work I have a different laptop and i connect it with UBS port, not usb-c, to the Dock D6000, and all Monitors work fine together. 

Is it the fact not enough power is supplied? Or? Thanks guys.
