xps 15 7590 poor network connection and no bluetooth

Recently out of nowhere, just watching youtube my wifi became extremely slow, I did a speed test and it was at .5 Mbps when usually >30. Also, my Bluetooth headphones would no longer connect. I checked to see if my killer wifi card had the latest drivers, and it didn't so I updated, but this didn't fix anything. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and the wifi connection will be full speed for about 1 minute then go back to horrible speeds or stop connecting altogether. Ethernet works fine, full speed, and when connected to the ethernet the wifi will show up the full signal but as soon as I try to connect it decreases and the wifi adapter disappears from Killer control center, yet still being in control panel network settings.

The only thing I have changed recently is having a static dns, but I have changed this back and made no difference
