I have the similar issue in the code 4.0.1-41. These alerts gone when I have upgraded it to 4.0.2 build 80.

ok pardhu, thanks. i think journal fault and fail back happens when the SC get rebooted.

sounds like you need to open an SR.

That is normal I believe from an SC reboot, but it should be transient. If it is persisting, I agree with dynamox...open a case and don't try to reboot any SCs or anything until EMC has chimed in.
