Is it safe to power 2.5” SSD SATA drive using existing R12 cable assembly (Dell part # 0GMNGY) currently powering a 3.5" HDD?

I have an Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition R10. I previously installed an SSD drive in each of the 2.5” drive cages, powering them using the Dell-supplied R10 split cable assembly (Dell part # 0G2GX9.)

Now I’m swapping out the supplied 3.5” HDD drive for another 2.5” SSD drive, which is going into the 3.5” cage.

Question: Is it safe to power the new 2.5” SSD SATA drive (going into the 3.5” cage) with the existing Dell-supplied R12 cable assembly (Dell part # 0GMNGY)?

I'm hesitant to use the R12 cable assembly (presumably designed to power a 3.5” HDD drive) with the new 2.5” SSD SATA drive since I have no idea how the R12 cable is pinned out.

I’m guessing I’ll have to order an additional Dell R10 cable assembly (part # 0G2GX9.) That said, I have to wait until Monday to call Dell since the power cables assemblies on their website don’t specify part numbers. Thanks!
