Laptop trade in

I recently traded in a laptop where Dell website quoted me $658. After the trade in I was offered $298 due to Top Cover-MinorScratch, Bottom Cover-MinorScratch, Bezel-Broken. I checked even in worst case scenario the value should have been $528 according to Dell trade in website. I am totally devastated and need my laptop back. This is top of the line gaming laptop with all bells and whistles. I have all the pictures as a proof that there is no damage. Please contact me asap.
