Hi Dell team,

I am an ex employee of dell Services and reaching out to Dell PF team since 21 Aug 2025 to resolve issue of incorrect DOJ dates provided in EPFO portal.

Despite multiple follow ups, not getting any resolution to my issue which is causing me to lose my potential job offer (as dates are flagged during BGV checks ).

Note--Only response I am getting is that 'EPFO portal is down, we will get back to you tomorrow '.However, I've been able to access it on most of the days.

Request you to send my issue to appropriate team to correct the dates on EPFO portal and provide an earliest resolution. Also, please provide HR team email id ( as no response from HR ops iso email ID provided earlier by customer care )
