Information problem on EQL PS6110XV Fans

Hello,
I have a problem with an Equallogic PS6110XV rack where the CM0 controller was in ‘Failed’ status.

The controller has been replaced and following this replacement here is what we can see for the fans:

Power Cooling Module 0: Supplying Power
Fan 0 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 1 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 2 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 3 Speed: 0 RPMs
Power Cooling Module 1: Supplying Power
Fan 1 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 2 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 3 Speed: 0 RPMs
Fan 0 Speed: 0 RPMs

We have replaced the CM0 and CM1 controllers again and still the same problem.

The whole rack has been replaced and still the same problem.

The Fans are functional but do not display the values.

Before the CM0 was replaced, the values were good:

Power Cooling Module 0: Supplying Power
Fan 0 Speed: 5370 RPMs
Fan 1 Speed: 5440 RPMs
Fan 2 Speed: 5440 RPMs
Fan 3 Speed: 5370 RPMs
Power Cooling Module 1: Supplying Power
Fan 1 Speed: 5370 RPMs
Fan 2 Speed: 5370 RPMs
Fan 3 Speed: 5370 RPMs
Fan 0 Speed: 5440 RPMs

Have you ever had this type of problem?
