I was told in a chat session that I should do a Hard Reset to solve my keyboard problems. Will a Hard Reset result in loss of documents, contacts, etc.?
Well you know that information is saved on hard drive right? So if it is saved it should be no loss. So still they making fun of you. If you keyboard have problems try running it on safe mode from bios and see what it does, if ti works it might be some drivers issue. Try to go on your keyboards manufacturers page and download latest drivers.
